1. Management of your user account
When ordering our online consulting and e-learning training services, we collect and process some of your personal data in order to create and manage your customer user account:
Online consultation: Set your appointments and update your personal information.
E-learning training: update your personal information and obtain your e-learning courses.
This processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our respective contractual obligations.

When you create your user account, we process the following data: user name and password, surname, first name, email, telephone number.

The members of MGSI and its subcontractors who will help manage the platform.
Retention period of your data
Your login data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. User IDs and passwords can be deleted at the end of the contractual relationship. Identification data (address, telephone and other data) must be kept for 10 years after the last purchase. After this date, your personal data will be deleted.
2. Managing your expert user account
These operations cover the creation and management of the expert user account for online consultation to enable you to consult your appointments and update your availability and personal information.
This processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our respective contractual obligations.
Data processed
When you create your user account: username and password, surname, first name, email address, telephone number.
Recipient categories
The members of MGSI and its subcontractors who will help manage the platform.
Retention period of your data
Your login data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. After this date, your personal data will be deleted.
3- Purchase of a consultation or package of consultation hours from one of the CLeS experts
When you purchase an online consultation or a package of consultation hours from a CLeS expert, we collect certain information to enable us to provide the service.
This processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our respective contractual obligations.
Data processed
When you make a consultancy appointment with an expert: Surname, First name, e-mail, Telephone, a message field specifying your request (free text), payment information.
Recipient categories
The data will be processed by the members of MGSI and its subcontractors for the management of the platform.
The selected expert receives a notification confirming your order and contacts you for online consultation. The latter will provide you with a connection link to a videoconference system of his choice (e.g. Cisco Webex, Zoom ,MS Teams).
Retention period of your data
The data is kept for 10 years after purchase. After this date, your personal data will be deleted.
4- Purchase of online or on-site training
The data is processed in order to communicate with you to provide you with the relevant information, the videoconference connection link and the feedback forms concerning the training and the trainer.
This processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our respective contractual obligations.

When you order an online or face-to-face training session: Last name, First name, email, Telephone.
Recipient categories
The data will be processed by the members of MGSI and its subcontractors for the management of the platform.
The trainer who delivers the chosen training course receives a notification confirming your order and contacts you to provide you with a connection link to a videoconferencing system to deliver the training (e.g. Cisco Webex, Zoom ,MS Teams).
Retention period of your data
The data is kept for 10 years after purchase. After this date, your personal data will be deleted.
5- Purchasing e-learning courses
The purpose of this processing is to be able to manage your registration and purchase request for our e-learning courses. This processing is necessary to fulfil our respective contractual obligations.
Data processed
When you order an e-learning module: Last name, First name, e-mail, Business telephone a message field (free text), coupon, price
Recipient categories
The data will be processed by the members of MGSI and its subcontractors for the management of the platform. The data may also be accessible by members of your company, in the context of the purchase of licences by a company for its employees.
Retention period of your data
Data concerning the purchase of e-learning courses is kept for 10 years after purchase. After this date, your personal data will be deleted.
The data concerning the modules followed and the results of the quizzes are kept 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship. After this date, your personal data will be deleted.
7- Invoicing management
We only process data for operations relating to the preparation of the invoice linked to the online purchase of consultation, time package and training (online, on site or e-learning).
Data processed
When we charge for the services ordered: Surname, First Name, Email, Telephone, Country, Postal address (street ,street, postcode, City), Method of payment, Company name.
Recipient categories
The data will be processed by the members of MGSI and its subcontractors for the management of customer contacts and the sending of newsletters.
Retention period of your data
The data processed for invoicing purposes is kept for a period of ten years from the date of issue of the invoice. After this date, your personal data will be deleted.
7- Register for free webinars
The purpose of this processing is to be able to manage your registration request for our free events (webinar and other). This processing is carried out on the basis of your consent.
Data processed
When connecting to an event organised (e.g. Webinar) by MGSI or a partner: only email is required for registration.
Recipient categories
The data will be processed by the members of MGSI and its subcontractors for the management of the platform.
The trainer who delivers the chosen webinar receives a notification confirming your order and contacts you to provide you with a connection link to a video conferencing system to deliver the webinar (e.g. Cisco Webex, Zoom ,MS Teams).
Retention period of your data
The data processed to respond to your request to register for an event (webinar or other) is kept for a period of one year from the end date of the training course. After this date, your personal data will be deleted.
8- Subscribe to our Newsletter
The purpose of this processing is to send you our newsletter and any information relating to our news (our services, the conferences and training courses we organise, the events we attend, our partnerships). This processing is carried out on the basis of your consent.
Please note that you can withdraw your consent or object to this processing at any time (e.g. sending a newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of the message.

9- Management of requests for information sent via our contact form
Answer your enquiry or contact. This treatment is based on your consent.
Data processed
When you use our contact form: email, the subject and a message field (free text).
Recipient categories
The data will be processed by the members of MGSI and its subcontractors for the management of customer contacts and the sending of newsletters.
Retention period of your data
The data processed to respond to your contact request may be kept for historical purposes until a maximum of 18 months after the date of receipt of the email. After this date, your personal data will be deleted.
C. Processors
As part of our online services, we may share your personal data with the following entities:
- Experts available on the platform;
- Our sub-contractor in charge of accounting and payroll;
- Our subcontractor in charge of the management and maintenance of our IT system;
- External trainers ;
- The National Institute for the Development of Continuing Vocational Training (INFPC) ;
D. Transfer to third countries
Your personal data is hosted by OVH in a data centre located in France (EU). No data transfer is made outside the European Union.
E. What are your rights?

- Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation that we are processing your personal data and were this the case to obtain a copy of these data.
